Not all your URLs will require the shipping and handling charges. This is why it's in your Photo Gallery menu bar.
Go to your client list. Choose the gallery where you want to add a shipping and handling charge. Click "Add a new shipping/handling charge". Fill in the desired name and the dollar amount and click "Yes" to activate then click "Submit." Create one or more shipping charges. . The charges now show up on the viewing side when the buyer is going through to complete the final payment. You can easily check that your shipping charges are set up properly on the gallery view side.
